Preheat the oven to 180_c (356_f) to prepare for roasting the peaches.

Cut the peaches in half, remove the seeds, and then toss them in softened butter, brown sugar, and a pinch of ground cinnamon.

Place the peach halves on a baking sheet and roast them in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes until the peaches become tender and soft.

Once roasted, take the peaches out of the oven and set them aside.

Now, let's prepare the vanilla cream by adding the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl or a stand mixer bowl.
