To create spicy idli cubes, start by cutting the idlis into bite-sized cubes.
Heat olive oil in a wok or pan. once the oil is hot, add finely chopped onions and saut„© them until they become translucent.
Add a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of pav bhaji masala to the saut„©ed onions. stir well to combine.
Pour about 1/2 cup of water into the pan and allow it to come to a boil.
Add the cubed idlis to the pan and mix them thoroughly, ensuring that the spices coat the idli cubes evenly.
