In a large skillet, cook ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked and the onion is tender, usually around 6-8 minutes. break up the beef into crumbles while cooking. drain any excess fat.
Stir in mango chutney, soy sauce, and garam masala into the beef mixture. heat the mixture through, ensuring the flavors are well combined.
Add the asian crunch salad mix (set aside the dressing packets for later use) to the skillet. cook and stir until the salad mix slightly wilts, approximately 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk and the reserved dressing packet from the salad mix until smooth.
To assemble the lettuce wraps, spoon the beef mixture onto the lettuce leaves. sprinkle the contents from the reserved toppings packet over the beef. drizzle the coconut milk mixture over the wraps.
