To prepare the healthy veggie baked aloo tikki, peel and grate the sweet potatoes.
Chop the spring onions and red bell pepper finely.
In a mixing bowl, add the grated sweet potatoes, chopped spring onions, and red bell pepper. add salt and squeeze out any excess water from the vegetables.
Now, add chickpea flour (besan) and oats flour to bind the mixture together.
Sprinkle kashmiri red chilli powder for a mild spiciness and mix all the ingredients well.
