In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of wheat flour, 0.13 cup of semolina, 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes, 1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon of dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi), 0.13 teaspoon of carom seeds (ajwain), and 0.25 teaspoon of salt. mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of oil to the dry ingredients and mix until the flour turns moist and crumbly.

Now add 0.5 cup of mashed potatoes to the mixture and thoroughly combine all the ingredients until well mixed.

Gradually add water as needed and knead the mixture into a smooth and tight dough.

Pinch a small ball-sized portion of the dough, grease it with oil, and flatten it.
