Rinse the mixed sprouts thoroughly and pressure cook them with a pinch of salt for 1-2 whistles. drain the cooked sprouts.
Finely chop the tomato, bell pepper, and onion. in a mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with the cooked sprouts.
Sprinkle a little salt, black pepper powder, and chaat masala powder over the vegetable-sprouts mixture. mix well to combine all the flavors.
Take two slices of brown bread and apply softened butter on one side of each slice.
Spread the sprouts and vegetable mixture evenly on one buttered side of the bread. place the other bread slice on top with the buttered side facing up.
