To prepare dhania wale aloo, wash the baby potatoes and boil them in a pressure cooker with water until they are cooked but still firm. peel the potatoes and set them aside.

Dry roast the sesame seeds in a pan on low heat until they turn golden brown. keep the roasted sesame seeds aside.

In a blender or mixer, combine coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, and a little water. blend them into a smooth paste to make the dhania chutney. set it aside.

Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat. add cumin powder, black pepper powder, and garam masala. stir well.

Add the boiled baby potatoes to the pan and saute them until they are lightly roasted. this should take about 10 minutes on low heat.
