To start making the grilled tomato and bell pepper whole wheat pizza, rub a little extra virgin olive oil and garlic salt on the tomato and roast it over an open flame.
Allow the roasted tomato to cool down. once it's cool enough to handle, slice it into 4 round pieces.
Heat olive oil on a grilling pan and grill the tomato slices for about 1 minute per side until they are lightly charred. sprinkle them with a pinch of garlic salt and set aside.
Repeat the same process with the red bell pepper. grill the bell pepper slices until they have a nice charred appearance. set them aside.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.
