In a bowl, combine the semolina and whole wheat flour.
In a separate bowl, mix milk with the semolina and flour mixture. whisk them together and set it aside.
Heat a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. add ghee to the pan and let it melt.
Add sugar to the pan and level it in the ghee using a spatula.
After five minutes, stir the sugar using a spatula.
