To prepare almond-semolina bliss balls, start by melting clarified butter (ghee) in a pan or kadai over low heat.

Add gram flour (besan) and semolina to the melted ghee. stir continuously for about 8-10 minutes until the mixture turns a lovely golden brown color and starts to bubble.

Keep the heat low during this process and ensure that you stir constantly to prevent burning.

Sprinkle a few drops of water into the mixture and stir well. this will create tiny lumps in the besan ladoo mixture.

Turn off the heat and add ground cardamom pods and raisins. mix well and let the mixture cool down.
