Start by soaking the almonds in hot water for 15 minutes. once soaked, peel off the skin and set them aside.
Drain the water from the almonds and pat them dry.
Also, soak the cashew nuts for 15 to 20 minutes. drain and wipe them dry.
Grind the soaked almonds and cashews together to form a smooth paste. keep this cashew-almond paste aside.
