To prepare the crispy baked corn taco shells, preheat your oven to 180Êû≥c (356Êû≥f).
Place the top rack of the oven on the middle level and line the bottom rack with a drip tray or foil.
In a deep bowl, sift together the degermed yellow corn meal, all-purpose flour, and salt.
Add sunflower oil and a little warm water at a time to the dry ingredients and knead the mixture into a stiff dough.
Divide the taco dough into 15 equal portions.
