How To Cook?

To make the jaggery-coated wheat strips, start by combining wheat flour and melted ghee in a large mixing bowl.

Mix the flour and ghee until you get a coarse crumb-like texture, and the ghee starts to hold the flour together.

Gradually add teaspoons of water and knead the mixture to make a firm dough.

Divide the dough into four parts and roll each portion into a half-inch thick round circle.

Cut the circles into vertical strips and then into 2/3-inch long strips.
