To prepare pan fried chinese chilli chicken, start by cutting boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and marinate them with soy sauce, black pepper, and red chilli powder for about 30 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and add rice flour to create a thick batter.
Dip the marinated chicken pieces in the egg-rice flour batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat. once the oil is hot, add the coated chicken pieces and pan-fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. remove them from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add some more oil if needed, and saut„© minced garlic, sliced green chillies, chopped onions, and diced green capsicum until they are tender and fragrant.
