To prepare moringa fried rice, start by heating enough oil in a wok or large skillet. add the chopped carrots and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. sautËúÖ them until they become tender.
Add the fresh drumstick leaves and cook for a few minutes until they are slightly wilted.
Stir in the chopped green bell pepper, soy sauce, green chili sauce, and tomato ketchup. cook until the vegetables are well-coated and cooked to your liking.
Immediately add the cooked rice to the wok. also, add salt to taste. gently toss everything together until well combined.
Continue cooking and stirring for a few more minutes until all the flavors meld, and the rice is heated through.
