Arrange the multigrain papdis on a plate and top each papdi with boiled and mashed potatoes.
In a bowl, combine finely chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander, and green chilli. mash the avocado and add it to the mixture.
Spread the avocado mixture over the potatoes on the papdis.
Cook the beans until tender and season them with your preferred spices. arrange the spiced beans on top of the avocado mixture.
Drizzle mint chutney and tamarind chutney over the spiced beans.
