Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. add half of the almonds and pistachios. mix well and saute for 30 seconds.

Add avocado pulp to the pan. mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Add sugar and cardamom powder to the pan. mix well and saute for 3-4 minutes.

Add khoya (mawa) to the pan. mix well and saute for 1 minute.
