How To Cook?

Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer under running water. drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan over low heat. add mustard seeds and let them crackle.

Add cumin seeds, urad dal, and moong dal. stir frequently and fry on low heat until the dals turn golden.

Add grated ginger, chopped green chilies, dried red chili, and a pinch of asafoetida (optional). fry for about 30 seconds on low heat.

Add finely chopped onions and curry leaves. saute on low to medium heat until the onions become translucent and soften.
