How To Cook?

Turn on the instant pot and set it to the saute mode. add oil and let it heat up.

Once the oil is hot, add chopped onions, garlic, and grated ginger. saute until the onions turn translucent.

Now, add tomato puree, grated raw mango, chopped green capsicum, grated carrot, and shredded cabbage to the pot. stir well.

Also, add diced potatoes and mix all the vegetables together.

Sprinkle pav bhaji masala and chaat masala over the vegetables. stir to combine the spices.
