How To Cook?

Heat a pan on low heat and add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, black cardamom, fennel seeds, star anise, cloves, asafoetida, dry red chillies, salt, cinnamon sticks, and bay leaves. roast them until fragrant.

Add dry ginger powder, dried mango powder, and turmeric powder. allow it to cool.

Grind the roasted spices into a powder and sieve it through a medium sieve. set it aside for further use.

In a pan, melt butter and add green capsicum and tomato. toss well.

Add pav (bread rolls) and degi red chilli powder. toss everything well.
