To prepare the homemade tagliatelle pasta with capers and red bell peppers, start by making the pasta. in a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of refined wheat flour, 0.5 cup of atta (whole wheat flour), one egg, and a pinch of salt. knead the ingredients together with 1/4 cup of water until a soft dough is formed.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the pasta dough into a thin sheet.
Using a knife, trim the edges and cut the dough into triangles. then, slice the triangles into strips about 1/2 centimeter thick to form tagliatelle pasta.
Boil water in a kadai (pot) and cook the pasta until al dente.
