Preheat your oven to 400Êû≥f (200Êû≥c) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the broccoli florets from the stalk and pulse them in a food processor until they resemble rice-like granules.
Place the processed broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl, cover it with a lid, and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes until it becomes tender. allow it to cool slightly.
Once cooled, place the broccoli in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth, and wring out as much excess moisture as possible.
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained broccoli, almond flour, egg, shredded mozzarella cheese, salt, dried oregano, and garlic powder. mix until you get a dough-like consistency.
