To prepare cheesy spinach bruschetta with red bell pepper sauce, start by making garlic-flavored butter. mix the garlic extract into room temperature butter until well combined.
Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices. spread the garlic butter on each slice and grill them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees c for 6-10 minutes. alternatively, you can toast them on a stovetop if you don't have an oven.
In the meantime, blanch the spinach leaves in the microwave for 4-5 minutes and roughly chop them.
For the red bell pepper sauce, mix chopped red bell pepper, onion, salt, black pepper powder, tomato paste, and italian seasoning in a pan with butter. cook until the vegetables turn mushy.
Add fresh cream to the sauce and saute until it thickens and becomes creamy. set the red bell pepper sauce aside to cool.
