To prepare the curd and snake gourd chutney, heat a small pan and add oil.
Add the diced snake gourd pieces and saute for a few seconds.
Sprinkle some salt and cover the pan. let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Once the snake gourd pieces are cooked, add grated coconut and mix well.
