To begin making the spiced curd tapioca, dry roast the sabudana in a heavy-bottomed pan for 8-10 minutes or until it starts to pop and each grain increases in size.
Allow the roasted sabudana to cool and then add it to a mixing bowl along with curd and some water. cover the bowl and set it aside for about 2 hours to soften the tapioca pearls.
After 2 to 2.5 hours, check the consistency of the sabudana and add more curd or water if needed to achieve the desired texture.
Add groundnut powder, sugar, and salt to the mixture and mix well.
In a small wok or pan, heat ghee, and add cumin seeds and green chillies. let them crackle.
