Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius (350 degrees fahrenheit) for 20 minutes.
Grease a bread loaf tin or a rectangular cake pan with coconut oil. you can use a rectangular cake pan measuring 7.5 x 4 x 2.5 inches or a round cake pan measuring 7.5 x 2 inches.
In a mixing bowl, take sliced bananas and coconut sugar.
Mash the bananas well with a vegetable masher or puree them using a hand blender or a regular blender.
Add coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg to the mashed bananas. mix thoroughly using a whisk or spatula until the oil is evenly incorporated with the banana puree.
