To prepare the spicy rava bhath, dry roast the semolina (sooji) in a pan over medium flame until it turns aromatic and light golden. set it aside.
In a kadai, heat a mixture of sunflower oil and ghee.
Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Now, add urad dal and chana dal. saute until they become crisp and lightly browned.
Add chopped onions, green capsicum, and ginger to the kadai. saute until the onions turn translucent and the capsicum becomes tender.
