To make strawberry rava puliyodharai, start by dry roasting the wheat dalia in a pan over low flame until it becomes fragrant. then transfer it to a separate bowl.
Wash the roasted dalia and cook it in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water, allowing it to pressure cook for two whistles.
Once the dalia is cooked, set it aside. make sure not to overcook it.
In a wide pan, heat one teaspoon of ghee or oil over low heat. saute the peanuts and cashew nuts until they turn golden brown, then keep them aside.
In the same pan, heat the remaining ghee, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, puliyodharai (tamarind) powder, and half a cup of water. keep stirring until the mixture thickens and starts leaving oil.
