How To Cook?

In a large bowl, take 2 cups of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Add 3 tablespoons of hot ghee to the dry mixture and mix well. crumble and moisten the flour evenly.

Next, add 2 tablespoons of moong dal, 2 tablespoons of urad dal, 1 tablespoon of curry leaves, 2 tablespoons of coriander, 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, and 2 green chillies. mix well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

Gradually add warm water to the mixture and start kneading to form a smooth dough. add water as needed to achieve the right consistency.

Grease a zip lock bag with oil and take a small ball-sized portion of the dough. press and flatten it using a cup to make it as thin as possible.
