How To Cook?

Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for about 30 minutes.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat 2 teaspoons of ghee and add the soaked rice. saute the rice for a few minutes until it turns aromatic.

Pour the milk into the pan with the rice and let it come to a gentle boil. reduce the heat to low and let the rice cook in the milk until it becomes soft and fully cooked.

Meanwhile, soak the saffron strands in a tablespoon of warm milk and keep it aside.

Once the rice is cooked, add the rock candy syrup to the pan and mix well. adjust the sweetness as per your taste.
