In a bowl, whisk the hung curd and yogurt until smooth. add the fresh cream and condensed milk to the mixture.
Separately, mix the saffron with one tablespoon of hot milk and add it to the curd mixture. also, add the chocolate chips.
Preheat the oven to 125 degrees celsius. transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until it sets perfectly.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool. serve the saffron and chocolate baked shrikhand chilled.
Garnish with additional chocolate chips and saffron strands for an appealing presentation.
