To prepare passion fruit shrikhand shots, place a strainer over a bowl and line it with a thin muslin cloth.
Pour the curd into the strainer, tie the edges of the cloth, and refrigerate the bowl for a minimum of 3-4 hours.
Cut one of the passion fruits in half and scoop out its flesh using a spoon.
Use the pulp from one passion fruit for the thick curd and save the other passion fruit pulp for assembling the shrikhand shots.
After 3-4 hours, the excess water from the curd will have drained into the bowl.
