How To Cook?

Slice off the top of each persimmon and use a spoon or melon scooper to create a hollow cavity by scooping out some of the flesh.

Finely chop the scooped persimmon flesh and place it in a bowl. add butter, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, breadcrumbs, and cinnamon to the bowl. mix well to combine the ingredients.

Fill each persimmon cavity with the prepared mixture.

Preheat your oven to 375ÔøΩf (190ÔøΩc). place the filled persimmons on a baking dish and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top turns slightly golden brown.

Serve the baked persimmons with a dollop of vanilla yogurt or a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
