To prepare the herbed garlic quinoa delight, start by washing the quinoa in water, then drain and set it aside.
In a pressure cooker, heat olive oil and butter on medium flame. add the chopped garlic and saute until it turns golden brown, which should take about a minute.
Next, add the onions and cook until they become transparent.
Reduce the flame and add the salt, mixed herbs, and red chilli flakes. mix everything well.
Now, add the washed and drained quinoa along with 3 cups of water to the pressure cooker.
