How To Cook?

Rinse the black chickpeas thoroughly under fresh water.

Soak the black chickpeas in enough water in a bowl overnight or for 8 to 9 hours.

Drain the soaked water and pressure cook the chickpeas with 2 cups of water and 1/4 teaspoon of salt for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are fully cooked.

Allow the pressure to naturally release in the cooker before opening the lid.

Check if the chickpeas are cooked well. if not, pressure cook them again for some more time.
