For broccoli pakoras:
Start by preparing the broccoli florets. blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced onion, rice flour, besan flour, baking soda, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and a pinch of salt.
Gradually add water to the mixture and whisk until you achieve a thick batter-like consistency.
Dip each blanched broccoli floret into the batter, ensuring it's well coated.
