Heat mustard oil until it reaches the smoking point. add the achari seasoning to the hot oil and cook the spice mix thoroughly. remove it from heat and let it cool down for 10 minutes.

Mix the cooled spice mix with hung curd, ensuring it is well combined.

Cut the paneer into cubes and marinate them in the pickled curd marinade for 5 minutes.

Shred the lettuce and store it in chilled water to keep it fresh.

Cook the marinated paneer cubes on medium heat for 5 minutes until evenly cooked. set aside.
