To prepare the spiced paneer satay, start by cutting the paneer into evenly-sized cubes and set aside.
In a blender or food processor, combine ginger and garlic to form a smooth paste.
In a mixing bowl, add the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, soy sauce, and sesame oil. mix well to create a marinade.
Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and gently toss to ensure each piece is coated evenly. let the paneer marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
After marinating, thread the paneer cubes onto skewers.
