To create this savory oat breakfast omelette, start by whisking together instant oatmeal, eggs, finely chopped onion, diced ripe tomato, green bell pepper, green chilies, red chili powder, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. mix until you achieve a consistency similar to a traditional omelette batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and brush it lightly with sunflower oil. pour half of the oat and vegetable mixture onto the pan, spreading it evenly. cook for a few minutes until the base is set and lightly browned.
Carefully flip the oat omelette and let it cook for another few minutes until it's cooked through. once done, set it aside.
Repeat the process to make the second oat omelette.
