To prepare the spinach, basil & cheese omelette, whisk the egg whites along with milk, salt, and pepper. set it aside.
Heat oil in a skillet and add garlic, green chilies, spinach, and sweet corn. saute for about 3 minutes until the spinach softens and the moisture evaporates.
In a small shallow pan, add the beaten egg mixture. season it with salt and pepper, then create small holes in the omelette using a fork.
Add the saute spinach and sweet corn filling on one side of the omelette. cover and cook for about 5 minutes until the omelette is well done.
Once cooked, fold the omelette and serve it warm.
