To prepare the saffron almond mango lassi, soak 1 pinch of saffron in 2 tablespoons of warm milk and set it aside for a few minutes.
Start by gathering the rest of the ingredients.
Take out the pulp from the mangoes and keep it aside.
In a blender, combine the mango pulp, curd/yogurt, cold milk, and blend until well combined.
Add chopped almonds (2 tablespoons), sugar, soaked saffron with milk, and some ice cubes to the blender.
