How To Cook?

In a mixing bowl, sieve the wheat flour to remove any lumps.

In another bowl, cream together ghee and castor sugar until light and creamy. add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder, and cream again until well combined.

Warm the saffron strands and dissolve them in 1 teaspoon of milk. add the saffron milk, yogurt, and baking soda to the ghee-sugar mixture. mix well.

Add the sieved flour and semolina to the bowl and knead the mixture well to form a dough.

Preheat the oven to 300ÔøΩf (150ÔøΩc). grease a baking tin.
