Begin by preparing the raw green mango. peel the mango and finely chop it into small pieces. set it aside.
Dice the onion and ripe tomato into small pieces. also, chop the fresh coriander leaves.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, diced onion, diced ripe tomato, chopped raw green mango, fresh coriander leaves, roasted peanuts, and yellow split moong dal.
Add the garlic chutney, coriander mint chutney, and sweet tamarind chutney to the bowl. these chutneys will provide the tangy and spicy flavor to your bhel puri.
Season the mixture with salt to taste. be mindful of the salt as some chutneys may already have salt in them.
