How To Cook?

Coarsely crush the black peppercorns.

In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, salt, carom seeds, fenugreek leaves, and crushed black pepper. mix well.

Add 5 tablespoons of melted ghee to the mixture. rub the mixture between your fingers until it resembles a flaky texture.

Gradually add cold water to the mixture and knead it into a firm dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for fifteen minutes.
