To prepare the bread, paneer & potato instant vada, crumble the whole wheat bread slices into small bits.
In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, semolina (sooji), curd, cumin seeds, finely chopped onion, grated ginger, crumbled paneer, mashed potato, coriander leaves, and salt along with the crumbled bread.
Mix all the ingredients well and knead to form a soft dough using water as required. the dough should be pliable, neither too runny nor too stiff.
Heat enough oil in a wok for deep frying the vadas.
While the oil is heating up, continue to prepare the vada batter.
