To make achari paneer gravy, heat ghee in a pan.
Add finely chopped onions and cook until they turn brown.
In a mixer, combine mango pickle, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. add a little water and grind into a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a separate pan and add celery seeds and fennel seeds.
Add the ground spice paste to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
