To prepare sindhi dharan ki kadhi with besan tikkis, start by making the besan chickpea flour tikkis.
In a bowl, combine besan, salt, finely chopped onions, red chilli powder, khuskhus (poppy seeds), and 2 teaspoons of oil.
Mix all the ingredients well, then add curd and ginger garlic paste.
Mix thoroughly to create a soft dough.
Shape the dough into lemon-sized balls and flatten them to form cutlet shapes.
