To prepare the chocolate sindhi kheerni, start by bringing the milk to a rolling boil in a saucepan.
Once the milk has boiled, reduce the flame and let it simmer on low heat until it reduces to half its quantity. this process will take about 20 minutes, so stir the milk occasionally.
While the milk is simmering, finely chop the semi-sweet chocolate.
When the milk has reduced, add the elaichi powder and a few strands of saffron for a delightful aroma and flavor.
Next, add the sugar and stir vigorously until the sugar completely dissolves in the milk.
