To make the orange carrot walnut raita, whisk the yogurt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Peel and grate the carrot, then add it to the yogurt.
Slice the orange into segments and roughly chop the walnuts and cashew nuts. add them to the bowl.
Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
