Begin by cooking the spaghetti in boiling salted water until it reaches the desired al dente texture.
Once cooked, drain the spaghetti and rinse it with running water to stop the cooking process. toss it with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
In a wok or large pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. add the minced garlic and saute for a few seconds until fragrant.
